Kenny Kuhar, PSM
Kenny Kuhar is a Licensed Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper, president and partner at Kuhar Surveying & Mapping, LLC. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and now lives in Ormond Beach, Florida. His survey record includes being Surveyor of Record for numerous commercial and residential Subdivision Plats in Volusia and Flagler Counties, as well as acting as Review Surveyor for those Counties and municipalities therein.
Boundary, Topographic, Jurisdictional Wetland, Utility As-built, Tree, Condominium, Right-of-Way and Specific Purpose Surveys are just a few of the Surveys he typically prepares in accordance with the Florida Minimum Technical Standards. He also prepares FEMA Elevation Certificates and has acted as Expert Witness in several Court Cases where an objective technical witness was required.
Kenny has served as President of the Volusia Chapter of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society, receiving the Florida President's award for outstanding service in 2002. He also has served on the Volusia Growth Management Commission (VGMC) and was appointed to both Budget and Personnel, Operations and Procedures (POP) Committees during his service years.
